LoopLily stores account, workspace, contacts, templates, automations, sending history, and email preference records needed to run the service.

Connected Gmail access is used to identify the chosen sender account and support authorized client-care sending from that account.

Unsubscribe and Do Not Email preferences are stored with the contact record and checked before automated emails are sent.

You are responsible for importing contacts you have permission to contact and for using LoopLily in a lawful, respectful way.
