Choose a relevant opening

A reconnect message can acknowledge that time has passed and offer help with a service the client already knows. Avoid pretending you have a specific update if you do not. Honest simplicity is more useful than a dramatic subject that the body cannot support.

Limit the request

Ask for one small next step, such as replying if they would like to talk. Do not combine a reconnect email with a long questionnaire, a review request, and several booking prompts. The recipient should understand what you are offering after a quick read.

Check history and preferences

Before configuring or expanding a reconnect workflow, inspect recent messages and the current relationship status. Someone who has already declined contact should not receive another generic invitation. Review the Sending Log after the rule runs, but do not treat silence as proof that the client needs more reminders. A respectful message leaves the decision with the reader.
