Choose a small set of relevant occasions
You do not need to send every available holiday template. Start with the occasions your clients recognize and appreciate. Consider geography and expressed preferences, and leave space for other communication such as appointment reminders. A full template library is a set of choices, not a sending quota.
Review each audience separately
Some greetings may suit the whole appropriate list; others belong with selected contacts. Do not infer religious observance from names or demographic assumptions. Use a general seasonal greeting when that is the more respectful fit, and keep applicable email preferences in place.
Revisit dates every year
Some holidays follow a fixed calendar date, while others move. Review each planned date before the season begins. An annual month-and-day rule repeats the configured date; it does not establish that next year’s observance falls on the same day. A short yearly planning session helps keep both the timing and the message relevant.
