Ramadan and Eid: create separate, appropriate greetings
Different moments call for different wording and scheduling.

Do not treat the occasions as interchangeable
A message marking Ramadan serves a different purpose from an Eid greeting. Choose a template whose title, artwork, and body match the occasion you intend to acknowledge. Review the wording as a complete message rather than simply replacing the holiday name in another template.
Confirm the relevant dates
These observances move within the Gregorian calendar, and local observance can matter. Confirm the date appropriate to your recipients and the year before scheduling. Avoid relying on a fixed annual date to handle future years without review.
Select recipients thoughtfully
Send to people you know would welcome the greeting and keep the tone respectful. You can use a short wish without making assumptions about the recipient’s personal practice. Preview the card and signature, then check the selected contacts and their preferences. Treat each occasion as its own communication decision, with its own audience and timing, rather than automatically sending every related template.
