Short thank-you notes for client relationships
A clear expression of appreciation does not need a long explanation.

Name the reason
Thank someone for a specific relationship moment: their time, their trust, or an introduction. Avoid generic praise that could apply to anyone. If the template serves several situations, keep the shared wording accurate rather than inventing detail through unsupported fields.
Remove the hidden request
A thank-you can stand on its own. Adding a review request, a promotion, and another referral invitation changes the meaning of the message. Decide whether you are expressing appreciation or asking for action, then write accordingly.
Adapt a simple example
‘Hi Jordan, thank you for thinking of Willow Studio and making the introduction. I appreciate your trust. Warmly, Maya.’ This is a fictional example to adapt, not a claimed customer message. Before using it repeatedly, choose the appropriate recipients and review any personal context that deserves a handwritten addition. Reusable wording can support a genuine gesture when the occasion itself is real and specific.
