Start with confirmed bookings

Keep each client’s appointment date and time current, then use a reminder template with a clear way to report changes. Avoid placing sensitive treatment details in a general subject line. The reminder should help the person prepare without exposing information they did not expect to see in a notification.

Add warmth selectively

Birthday greetings or a seasonal thank-you can complement operational reminders when clients welcome them. Use a recognizable studio identity and artwork that fits your brand. Do not add every occasion at once; review how many messages a regular client might receive in a busy month.

Maintain the human response process

A fictional Willow Studio reminder could invite Maya to reply if her appointment changes. Someone still needs to monitor that mailbox and update the saved event. Review the calendar weekly and check the Sending Log for outcomes. LoopLily supports the communication routine; it does not replace your booking process or the personal conversation at the appointment.
