Renewal communication for insurance and advisory businesses
Use reminders to invite a timely conversation while keeping advice personal.

Keep the deadline accurate
A renewal date should come from your actual business record and be updated when circumstances change. Choose a lead time that gives both you and the client room to discuss next steps. A reminder that arrives too late cannot compensate for an outdated deadline.
Keep the automated message neutral
Use the email to say that a review or renewal conversation is approaching. Avoid inserting sensitive policy details, financial recommendations, or conclusions into a general template. LoopLily is supporting the timing of communication, not making a professional recommendation on your behalf.
Close the operational loop
When the client responds or the renewal is completed, update the relevant record and review future reminders. Check the Sending Log if you need to understand which message was attempted. Keep detailed advice and required documentation in the appropriate professional systems. A clear reminder can open the door to the individual attention that the underlying decision requires.
