A Gmail connection does not mean inbox management

Understand the stated scope

LoopLily uses its Gmail connection to identify the sending account and send the client-care messages you configure. The product’s public explanation says it does not request inbox-reading access. This is an important boundary when deciding how to organize customer replies and follow-up work.

Keep conversations in view

If a client replies to a birthday greeting with a service request, review that conversation in your normal email workflow. Do not assume LoopLily has interpreted the reply, updated the contact, or cancelled another reminder. Make any needed record changes deliberately after understanding the request.

Write messages you can support

For example, a reminder can invite Maya to reply if her appointment changes. Your team then needs a habit for reading those replies and updating the saved event. Pairing automated sending with a clear human response process keeps the promise in the email realistic. The technology handles a scheduled touchpoint; the relationship still needs attention.
