Choose the intended account

If you manage several Google accounts, identify which one should send client messages before opening the connection flow. Consider who monitors that mailbox and whether clients already use it to reach you. The best account for login convenience is not automatically the best sender for your business.

Review the permission explanation

LoopLily describes its Gmail connection as allowing the configured client-care messages to be sent, including scheduled messages while you are offline. It does not request inbox-reading access. Read the on-screen explanation and current permission screen instead of assuming that every Google connection has the same purpose.

Verify after connecting

Return to Settings, inspect the displayed account and readiness status, and send a template preview to yourself. Check the sender and reply details in the received message. If the wrong account was selected, correct the connection before activating additional workflows. Taking a few moments here is easier than explaining an unfamiliar sender to a whole client list.
