Gmail & identity

Signing in with Google and connecting Gmail are different

Understand the two connections before expecting automated messages to send.

Account access

Google sign-in lets you access your LoopLily account with your Google identity where that option is offered. Its purpose is authentication. A successful login tells you that you can enter the workspace; it does not by itself establish that the app can send your configured client-care emails.

Sending permission

Gmail sending setup is a separate capability. Check the Gmail section in Settings and follow its connection process. Review the selected account carefully, especially if your browser has both a personal account and a business account open. Use the readiness status rather than memory to confirm the connection.

A simple verification routine

After connecting the intended sender, send yourself a saved-template preview and inspect the sender details in your inbox. Then review the automation independently. If you can log in but a message does not send, do not repeatedly create new accounts. Check sending readiness, recipient eligibility, and the Sending Log to locate the actual problem.
