Start with the business setting

Review the timezone in Settings and make sure it matches how your business intends to schedule communication. A location label and a timezone are related but not interchangeable. If your business moves or changes its operating location, include timezone settings in the review.

Compare like with like

An event’s time, an automation’s configured send time, and a displayed log timestamp may serve different purposes. Before changing anything, identify which time you are looking at and what timezone context applies. The recipient’s local time is not automatically the same as the workspace’s.

Use a concrete example

Write down the intended event date, event time, reminder lead time, and send time for one contact. Compare those with the configuration and the later log. This makes a timing issue easier to explain and investigate. Avoid shifting event dates merely to make a displayed timestamp look familiar; correct the setting or interpretation responsible for the discrepancy.
