State what the reminder is for

A class reminder should identify the session in language the recipient recognizes. Include the saved date and time, and keep any preparation instructions short and accurate. If different classes need different materials, use appropriately tailored templates rather than one broad list that may be wrong.

Choose the right recipient

Confirm whether communication should go to the learner, a parent, or another agreed contact. Maintain that information carefully and avoid putting sensitive learner details into reusable emails. A correct appointment date is not enough if the message reaches the wrong person.

Maintain the schedule

Classes may pause for holidays or change during a term. Review recurring events and exceptions before reminders are due. If you invite replies about attendance, monitor the mailbox and update the record when plans change. LoopLily can support class communication, while lesson delivery, attendance decisions, and safeguarding processes remain part of your established teaching workflow.
