Explain the workflow in plain language

For each automation, record its purpose, intended audience, required contact information, and timing. Note which template it uses and who monitors replies. This documentation helps a future operator understand the process without guessing from screenshots alone.

Record the review habits

Describe how often contact dates are checked, where the business keeps authoritative appointment information, and how sending problems are investigated. Include the distinction between a preview, a calendar event, and a recorded sending attempt. These details prevent avoidable confusion during a handoff.

Keep access separate from documentation

Do not put passwords, private tokens, or real preference links in the process notes. Use the account and access arrangements actually available to your business; documentation does not imply that LoopLily offers a particular team-role feature. A useful handoff explains decisions and responsibilities while leaving sensitive access information in the appropriate secure process.
