Keep your sender name, logo, and email consistent
Review branding as one complete experience instead of several separate settings.

Start with recognition
A client should be able to connect the email with the business they know. Use a clear sender name, a readable company name, and a logo that remains recognizable at email size. Consistency matters more than placing every piece of branding into every available space.
Inspect the finished message
A profile setting and an image can each look correct in isolation but compete in the final email. Preview a saved template after uploading a logo or changing the accent color. Check whether the signature repeats information already printed on the card and whether long business names wrap awkwardly.
Keep the operational details aligned
Brand consistency also includes the address used for replies. If your company name changes, review the sender profile, template text, artwork, and monitored email address together. Use a familiar explanation in the body when clients might not recognize the new name immediately. A coordinated update is clearer than a series of partially changed automated messages.
