Make your reply-to address useful

An automated email should still offer a sensible path back to a person.

Plan for the response

Before configuring a reminder, decide what should happen if the recipient replies. A client may need to reschedule, correct a detail, or ask a question. Pointing them toward a mailbox that nobody checks undermines the usefulness of a well-timed message.

Check identity and monitoring

Review the reply-to setting alongside the connected sender and your message signature. Make sure the address is current and monitored by someone who can act. If your business uses shared operational processes outside LoopLily, document who is responsible for checking replies there.

Write a realistic invitation

Use language that matches your availability. ‘Reply if the appointment details have changed’ is useful only when someone will review that reply. LoopLily’s sending connection does not mean the product reads or handles your inbox for you. Keep the human response process clear, and revisit it when staff, opening hours, or business email addresses change.
