Identify what needs attention

Start in Settings and inspect the account and connection status. A reconnection addresses the sending link; it does not rewrite your contact records or improve a missing appointment date. Note the specific issue so you can verify that the refresh solves the right problem.

Confirm the selected account

During the Google flow, choose the intended business account. After returning, check the displayed sender information again. Browsers with multiple Google sessions make it easy to select a familiar but incorrect account, so use the visible address as your source of truth.

Review before retrying

Send a template preview if appropriate, then inspect relevant automation settings and past log entries. Reconnecting does not establish that every previously expected message should be resent. Confirm what actually happened and whether the original occasion is still current. For an appointment that has already passed, a new reminder may be less helpful than a personal explanation.
