What offline sending means in everyday use

Understand why scheduled sending still needs maintained records and a valid connection.

The browser is not the schedule

LoopLily’s configured scheduled messages can send through your connected Gmail account while you are offline. You do not need to leave the Templates screen open merely to keep a saved rule visible. The relevant configuration is held by the service, rather than by your attention to a browser tab.

Preparation still matters

Offline operation depends on a valid sending setup and eligible records. A stale date, paused rule, or restricted recipient does not become correct because the schedule runs automatically. Review the information before a holiday break or a period when you will not be checking your workspace often.

Set expectations for replies

If you invite clients to respond, someone still needs to monitor the receiving mailbox. Before a vacation, consider whether the wording promises a response you cannot provide. Check the Sending Log when you return and update any appointments or renewal information that changed. Automated timing helps with continuity; it does not remove responsibility for the conversation.
