Review what is still useful

Look at active automations and ask whether each one still serves a current purpose. Business offerings, client relationships, and appointment patterns can change in a few months. Pause workflows that need reconsideration and identify templates that are outdated or redundant.

Review the information and outcomes

Inspect upcoming important dates, contact preferences, and recent Sending Log entries. Look for repeated data problems or rules whose behavior is difficult to explain. Review branding and Gmail readiness as part of the same process. Keep observed outcomes separate from assumptions about client engagement.

Choose a small improvement plan

Select a few concrete actions: clean a list, revise a reminder, confirm moving holiday dates, or simplify overlapping communication. Assign time to complete them before adding more workflows. The quarterly review should leave you with a clearer system and a realistic maintenance routine. Consistent client care grows from accurate information and thoughtful decisions, not from the number of automations you can create.
