How it works
Add a scheduled appointment to a contact with its date and optional time. Choose how many days before the appointment to remind them and configure the automation’s email send time.
Show the right date and time
Use Scheduled date and Scheduled time personalization fields in your reminder template. The appointment time describes the event; the automation’s send time controls when the email is sent.
Follow the result
Connect Gmail before automatic sending can begin. Review the Sending Log for delivery attempts and errors, and keep appointment details current when plans change.
